30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Custom-printed items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at clutchera668@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
